Lovley polka dot frilly skirt.  Made from polyester it has a two tiere overlay making this a really flouncy skirt. It has an elasticated  waist and comes in one size, but will fit from a size 8 to a size 14.

Length  is 13” and can be worn on the waist or on the hip. This looks fantastic when teamed with a corset.
