The Buyer(s), Buyer’s, Customer(s), Customer’s, You or Your is deemed one and the same.
OhYouPrettyThing‘s online shopping terms and conditions apply to all orders which You, the Customer, place when using this Website "www.ohyouprettything.com" which is operated by Us. Before placing Your order, We suggest that You read through them for Your benefit.
To accept and agree to be bound by Our On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, please click on the "Accept" button. These Terms and Conditions, together with Our Privacy Policy and any other policies and amendments that We notify You of in the future, constitute the entire agreement between You and Us. Our On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions preserve Your statutory rights as a Customer.
DELIVERIES
When placing a multiple item order to the same address, please be aware that We may dispatch one or more items separately, therefore, We cannot guarantee delivery of all the ordered items arriving on the same day.
OhYouPrettyThing will endeavour to dispatch goods within 3 working days (unless a later date is requested) of receiving payment from You in full.
In the rare event of an unreasonably late dispatch date of an order, You will be entitled to cancel the order and We will refund You in full for that order.
In the case of an order not being delivered within the calculated time We stated in our Dispatch Confirmation email, please contact Us to inform Us, quoting the order reference on Your Dispatch Confirmation email or Order Confirmation email to enable Us to investigate the matter.
Please be aware and take into consideration that national and bank holidays can affect delivery times.
Dispatch of goods will be by 1st Class Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail or similar service by courier for bigger/heavier items or for International Deliveries unless otherwise requested and considered. This type of delivery service gives proof of postage and delivery, needed in the event of making a claim for items lost or damaged in transit.
In the event of the need for an alternative delivery service, please contact Us with Your suggested requirements prior to paying Your bill.
On delivery of Your order to the delivery address You entered when placing Your order, responsibility for any damage or loss of the ordered items whilst in your care is passed on to You.
Ownership of items purchased does not pass to You until payment is received by Us in full and items ordered are delivered to You.
RETURNS
We try to provide ample detailed photographs and descriptions of an item’s imperfections, but in the event of an item not arriving as described and as photographed, please inform Us as soon as possible within 3 working days of receipt of the item.
Please notify Us of the reason of the unsuitability of the item and its intended return within 3 working days of receipt of the goods in order for Us to amend Our records and make arrangements if appropriate for the return of the item at Our cost.
Returned items are accepted by Us within 7 working days of receipt of said items unless the items are earrings for pierced ears or undergarments which are not accepted for return due to reasons of hygiene. Your statutory rights are not infringed by this stipulation.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to take reasonable steps to ensure the safe return of the goods, preferably within or with their original packaging and also adequately overwrapped to ensure the item’s safe return to Us. This also includes damaged items as further damage should be avoided.
In the case of being sent the wrong goods by Us, please accept Our sincere apology and contact Us within 3 days to inform Us of this error and re-confirm the correct item You originally ordered. We will require You to return Our wrongly sent item back to Us together with it’s delivery slip, at Our expense within 30 days from receiving it. Please note that every item dispatched by Us is wrapped, whilst comparing the item to the main photograph of it on Our Website together with it’s detailed description so this error would be very rare.
We accept the responsibility of the cost of returning goods within 30 days from the day You received it except when the goods are not from Our stock.
In all cases of returned goods, the goods must be accompanied with the original delivery slip. If the delivery slip and the item is not returned within 30 days from the date You received it, then We shall contact You to advise You that We will arrange for collection of the item from the delivery address You gave us. The collection of the item shall be at Your expense.
The sales contract becomes binding when OhYouPrettyThing confirm They have accepted the Customer’s offer to buy.
Any actions needed to conclude the contract should be carried out completely (including returns and refunds etc) within 30days from the day of the order unless a revised date is negotiated between Us and You the Customer. Any re-negotiation would take place before the initial 30 day deadline.
